Please download and complete the membership form in order to provide information for the Newcomers’ directory. The directory is for the exclusive use of Newcomers’ Club Members and will NOT be available on our website. To be included in the directory, dues must be paid by October 15th. Membership is from September 1st to August 31st of each year.

Please note: If you are on the Board or Chair one of our Special Activities, your name and telephone will appear on our website unless you indicate otherwise by checking the exclude boxes on the membership form. Also, because the newsletter will appear on the website, your name, address and telephone number may appear on the specific activity page if you host an activity. If you do NOT want that information to be posted on the website, in addition to checking the exclude boxes on the membership form, please let the special activity Chair know when you agree to host the activity.

Please help us get your newsletter to you sooner and definitely more efficiently by choosing YES on the membership form to receive your newsletter by e-mail! Look for it by e-mail or on the web by the 20th of the month or by snail mail by the end of the month.

Dues are $24 for the 2009/2010 membership year. Checks must be made payable to “Simsbury Newcomers Club” and this Membership Form should be sent to Sherry Hill at 12 Olde Orchard Rd, West Granby, CT 06090. Please contact Sherry if you have any questions.
